Dr Olivarius quoted in Yale Daily News

Dr Olivarius spoke to the Yale Daily News about three women’s lawsuit to integrate Yale’s fraternities. She described how the administration treated her during her involvement in the Alexander v. Yale case, which pioneered sexual harassment law in the United States. She said she “was threatened by multiple Yale administrators, one of whom Olivarius said told a TIME Magazine reporter that she was a lesbian (not meant as a compliment) who was flunking out of college.”

She told the Yale Daily News that Yale’s treatment of her now is drastically different - “When I go back to Yale now, I’m treated as a legal celebrity, one of the great success stories of Yale Law School.”
