Jef McAllister interviewed by the Daily Telegraph

Jef McAllister, our Managing Partner, was interviewed by the Daily Telegraph about the ways that criminal and civil law is failing to keep pace with the inventive ways people use new technology to send unwanted sexual images – like a recent case when a man used  ‘Airdrop’ to send a picture of his penis to someone sitting nearby on a train who didn’t know him, which showed up on her phone without her having to accept it or open it.  The changes are putting the onus on victims to live their online lives more defensively, and to make sure they save electronic evidence to show to police or civil lawyers.
