Thomas Beale specializes in commercial and employment litigation. Since joining McAllister Olivarius in 2013 he has acted on a wide range of matters including commercial contract claims, a multi-million-pound trustee dispute and a breach of employment contract claim for a senior executive.
After completing his bachelor’s degree in History and Sociology at the University of Manchester, Thomas completed his law conversion and Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, London. He trained at a West London firm, where his seats included commercial litigation, probate and commercial property law. He was admitted as a solicitor in 2009. Following his admission, he moved into civil litigation at the London firm OH Parsons, taking a particular interest in public liability and employers’ liability litigation.
He plays a significant role in our sister firm, AO Advocates, representing survivors of child sexual abuse.
