A highly regarded, AV-preeminent rated trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience, Steve Grygiel has tried many cases of different types to juries, judges and arbitrators.  Steve has taken hundreds of depositions of senior corporate executives, members of boards of directors, and liability and damages experts, and has argued countless dispositive and other motions.  Besides his most recent work as plaintiffs’ lead co-counsel in large class actions, Steve’s work has included corporate, commercial, banking, securities, privacy rights, consumer, employment, Title IX, and personal injury cases, as well as bankruptcy litigation and business counseling.
