Lee Trevis brings a wealth of civil litigation experience in matters throughout the United States. At McAllister Olivarius, Lee’s practice concentrates on civil rights, employment, family law including divorce and commercial litigation.
Lee graduated with honors from Drake University Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Drake Law Review. Before joining McAllister Olivarius, Lee directed a national U.S. litigation consulting company, devoting his legal knowledge and research skills to strengthen and support complex litigation in state and federal courts across the U.S., in areas including business disputes, family law and employment discrimination. Lee is a court-recognized expert in legal research and has spoken on ethical and economic challenges facing attorneys in private practice.
Lee is admitted to the Minnesota Bar.
