YouTube star takes on website in revenge porn case

The Sunday Times breaks the news that McAllister Olivarius is suing the website that hosted an explicit revenge porn video of our client Chrissy Chambers.

Senior Partner Ann Olivarius said: “It will be the first time this has been done. I think this will be a game-changer case.”

The action has won praise from other legal experts in the field, with managing partner of Brett Wilson LLP, Iain Wilson, telling the newspaper: “It would be a very good precedent to set and well done to the lawyers for pursuing it.”
