Hundreds at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai call for culture shift

Nearly three hundred members of faculty and staff at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai have signed an open letter to the school’s Board of Trustees, calling for a “culture shift,” prompted by our clients’ lawsuit against the institution.

"The lawsuit alleges behaviors of bullying and misogyny that are not consistent with the values of our institution," letter reads. "We believe that decisive action is necessary to send a clear message that our institution is committed to equity, accountability, and mutual respect."
