Firms make sure their internal procedures meet demanding criteria set out by the Law Society, followed by a rigorous on-site inspection by an independent assessor checking whether the firm is up to scratch in seven areas: structure and strategy, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, file and case management and client care. We are pleased to report that McAllister Olivarius has been awarded the Lexcel kitemark for the fourth year running, putting it in the top 10% of British law firms.
