On Monday Managing Partner Jef McAllister was featured in the national press advising on the new revenge pornography law that came into effect on the same day.
It is now an offence to share a sexual image of someone without their consent and those found guilty could be sent to prison for up to two years.
Prior to the new law coming into effect charges could be brought against perpetrators using harassment or copyright laws. The new law now makes the act of sharing an intimate image without the subjects consent an offence.
